Happy New Year!

Today was the first day working in 2012. And it was weird.

Kathy was gone.

Bill now works in IT.

Brandon (the other mailroom guy) was working Bill's shift.

V (the new guy in the mailroom, to replace Bill) started, and I think I don't like him because he'll never be Bill.

BossBoss was her ever so charming self, and while I expect her to be moody, it's never a fun start to the week.

My sister is still on her maternity leave, and none of my other friends were online, so I was stuck talking to NG all day.

The construction workers were back and forth all day today, so the front door was constantly opening. I ended up wearing my ski jacket like a blanket. (Note to self: bring in snuggie)

Dreamy - I believe I've mentioned him, the "cute" guy in accounting (he's only the cute one by default that there's not a lot of guys in my company), friended me on facebook.

An email was sent out last week about how Kathy was leaving, and how in my "expanded role" I was taking over all the meeting aspect's of Kathy's job. EVERYONE came in today wondering what the heck I was still doing at reception. Sorry people, it's just an expanded role. Meaning, I still sit here all day and do reception, i just have to bring you all your smelly gross food.

...I stole a roll from the lunch delivery today and I still don't regret it.

Happy New Years everyone! It's a new year, and time for new beginnings. My goal is still the same as it has been in 5 years - time for a new job!
